In 2021, we saw the world slowly emerging out of COVID-19. A year full of learning and a changing landscape. We’re proud to say our dealer network rose to the challenge and remained dedicated to serving its customers to the highest standards.
One dealer, in particular, went above and beyond and scooped up the 2021 EMEA Dealer of the Year Award: TT Poland. An exceptional part of our dealer network for many years, they added their fourth Dealer of the Year trophy to an already impressive mantlepiece.

- 2021 Connectivity Dealer of the Year: Refresh Cold Srl, Italy
- 2021 Aftermarket Dealer of the Year: Thermo Systems, Poland
- 2021 Bus Dealer of the Year: Frigicoll S.A., Spain
Looking back on the event, Donal Cox, VP of Sales and Commercial Leader of Thermo King EMEA said “We had a great evening recognising the outstanding achievement of the Thermo King Dealer Community in 2021 where we gained market shares in all product lines. It was a fun evening and no doubt the highlight was the recognition of the outstanding performance from Thermo King Ukraine – a really poignant moment of the night.”
Each of the winning dealers was selected for their ability to demonstrate excellence and leadership in all aspects of performance, alongside the delivery of a superior customer experience.
